As Miami youth, we have inherited the issues of generations past and are experiencing the effects of climate change firsthand in our ‘frontline community’. An understanding of the threats we face and immediate action is imperative to our futures. We will foster climate literacy and spark civic action in our community by hosting cross-generational youth-led conversations on climate change and mending our legislation to reduce our community’s carbon footprint.
